Administrator, Life Coach, Facilitator and Companies Adviser for 20 years, com focused on self-awareness, purpose, leadership, culture, decision-making process, governance, team work and quality of life, he has been assisting companies from the most various sizes and sectors, mainly in São Paulo and capitals (download article).
He has created the profession Sea Coach and the Fish Method, the course Waterman Experience, the season of Self-Awareness into Nature and Impulse Emerge (out of the water), always approaching the themes “life with purpose” and “meaningful work”.
Co-created and built up initiatives such as the EcoSocial Institute, where he worked for 11 years as associate consultant , based on deep studies in the sciences Anthroposophy and Goetheanismus.
